Return & Exchange

Need to return or exchange something? No problem! We want to give you a hassle-free way to return your items purchased from us. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.

For an exchange

Please note that your item can be exchanged for a different size, colour or different item of the same value paid in cash

  • For items that are priced higher than the original amount paid in cash, a top-up will be required. We will send you an email and payment request for the top up.
  • For items that are priced lower than the original amount paid in cash, we apologise that we cannot refund the difference in amount and the amount will be forfeited.

As we carry limited quantities for each size and design to keep your kids’ clothing more exclusive, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item you ordered in stock for your exchange.

  • However, we will be happy to understand your requirements to make a desirable and reasonable the exchange a bliss.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned item back in its original condition. This means that the item should retain its original wrapping and tag, and should not have been washed or worn.
  • Once we have determined that the returned item fulfils the conditions described above, we'll process your return within 3 - 5 working days.

 

For a refund: 

Please note that you will be credited via an electronic credit that can be used for your next online purchase. We do not provide cash refunds.

  • The electronic credit will be valid for 90 days from the day of issuance.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned item back in its original condition. This means that the item should retain its original wrapping and tag, and should not have been washed or worn.
  • Once we have determined that the returned item fulfils the conditions described above, we'll process your coupon refund within 3 - 5 working days.

 

Kindly note:

  • For any return or exchange, please do not remove the original wrapping, tag, and do not wash the item(s).
  • Please note that you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. 
  • Rabbit in the Hole will also not be responsible for lost mail via normal postage. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning i.e. registered post.
  • Kindly ensure the items are packed up properly to prevent damage on its way back to us. We will also try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

  

How can I return our item(s) for exchange or refund? Simple!

  • It's really simple! When you return your order, just include your return note in the parcel or envelop. You will already see this return note when you receive your purchased item(s). If you don’t see it or somehow lost it, no worries! Just print off the return form on this link [Return Form.pdf] and insert the form together with your returned item. You can then mail your item back by normal or registered postage.
  • We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your returned item(s) AND return form.  We will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 working days upon receiving your returned item(s). 
  • Any exchanged items will be sent to the address specified on the return note using the delivery modes at our discretion. Rest assured that we will expedite the return process on our end!

 

My order was partially offset with discount codes. Can I make a return/exchange?

Yes, you can make a return/exchange in for an item of the same value as the amount you paid in total before discount. The same discount will be applied to your exchanged products. 

  • Top-ups are required for items that are higher than the original value.  We will send you an email and payment request for the top up.
  • For exchanges with items of lower value, the difference in amount will be forfeited. Please refer to above Return/Exchange policy and on how to return your purchased item(s).
